Partners have the flexibility to participate selectively in opportunities, with the ability to opt in or out on a deal by deal basis. Each opportunity is structured through distinct entities and partner groups, operating within a defined capital circle model. Partners can earn returns alongside operating partners and may negotiate additional participation in each transaction, similar to other operating team members.
